So, I was stumbling around the internet when I came across this article about a cake shop that refuses to serve gay couples. On one hand, I get it - people have their beliefs, they might not be the same as yours or mine, but we have to accept them for what they are and not let that get in the way of how we feel about that person. This guy clearly doesn’t agree with me though. But seriously. They are cakes. Does the cake know if I’m gay or straight? Nope. I just want to eat the damn cake!
On a brighter note, he was told if he continued to turn away gay customers, he would face fines. A small win for the gay community!
